Your selected files
PDFReadyGo reads selected documents and images in your browser memory and generates downloads on your device. The tools do not send the content, filename or extracted text of those files to our document servers, and we do not keep a server-side copy of your documents.
Start over clears selected files and output links from the current tool. Leaving or reloading the page clears its working state. Files you download remain on your device until you delete them.
Website delivery and security
The website is delivered through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare. Requests for web pages and software assets necessarily disclose technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time to the infrastructure providers. These providers may process access logs and security information under their own policies. We do not promise that infrastructure logs are absent or set a retention period on their behalf.
Cookies, storage and analytics
The site does not currently include advertising scripts, third-party analytics or social tracking pixels. Our tool code does not set marketing cookies, store your documents in local storage, or retain a document history. Hosting providers may use technical or security mechanisms to deliver and protect the website. Fonts and tool libraries are served from this website.
Support communications
If you choose to contact us at support@pdfreadygo.com, information you send is handled separately from file processing. Send only what is necessary. Do not send private documents, passwords, identity numbers or payment details to report a problem. You can usually describe the tool, device, file size and error without attaching the file.
Advertising and changes
There is currently no behavioral advertising on this site. If advertising or analytics is added, we will update this notice and implement any required choices before enabling those features.
Your choices and requests
You control whether to select a file, download a result or send support information. For help with privacy requests, see the Contact page. Because we do not receive document contents from the tools, we cannot retrieve or delete a server copy of those documents.
Children and personal information
The tools are general-purpose and are not designed to collect personal information from children. Do not include children’s private information in support communications.
