Frequently asked questions
Are my invoice details uploaded?
No. The form, logo and PDF are handled in your browser on this device. A draft can be saved in this browser’s local storage so you can come back to it. Nothing is sent to PDFReadyGo servers.
Can I switch between an invoice, estimate and receipt?
Yes. Use the document type buttons at the top. The label on the PDF changes, and receipts show a paid date instead of a due date.
Does this create a legally binding invoice?
No. This tool makes a PDF from the details you type. It does not give tax, accounting or legal advice, and it does not file anything with a tax authority. Check local rules for what your invoices must include.
Will my draft sync across devices?
No. The draft stays in this browser on this device. Clear site data, or use another browser, and the draft will not be there.
